How long in advance do I need to book a vehicle?
We will advise you to do your bookings 24hrs ahead of time to enable us make good and efficient preparations for you.
What are the pick-up times for your vehicles?
Each booking session is valid for 24hrs and start from the time you take off with our driver. The booking forms clearly spell out this.
Are there any extra fees?
No extra fees. But however we do expect you to hand over our cars on conditions you took it, except in normal wear and tear conditions. Check out more on our terms and conditions.
Are there any discounts being offered?
Can I pick up my rental in Bamenda?
As of now, our pick / return locations are in the cities of Buea, Yaounde, Douala and Limbe. Additional arrangements can be made to accommodate our customers to return the rental in any of our locations different from the pick up location. We look forward to expend our locations into Bamenda in the future when situations become more viable
Do i require a security deposit to rent from Cy_Autos?
Not all rental agreements require a security deposit, speak to one of our crew members about eligibility for a security deposit waiver.
